The partnership groundbreaking is for a new Fire Station 20 in South Bay serving SJC Airport and neighboring communities. The new Fire Station 20 facility will be modernized with hybrid design, and six firefighter dormitories with state-of-the-art equipments. The new Fire Station 20 partnership project includes San Jose Public Works Department, Designer & Architecture, and Construction Company.

The BART (Bay Area Rapid Transit) agency has been awarded $1.2 billion federal funding for capital improvement projects in San Francisco Bay Area. The federal funding award is earmarked for the BART Transbay Corridor Core Capacity Program, and therein funds will certainly help with projects to improve services. The MTC (Metropolitan Transportation Commission) agency announced Highway 880 Express Lanes will open effective Friday, October 2, 2020. The transit agency earned APTA's National Health and Safety seal of commitment for certification, and will follow national guidelines to protect employees and passengers. The transit agency Health and Safety guidelines are consistent with local, state, and federal health advisory for protection.

The SFO (San Francisco International Airport) commercial airport in West Bay is sharing their six electric zero-emission buses. Including electric charging stations for therein electric buses to transport passengers within airport locations when necessary. The all-electric airport buses is part of SFO Airport's Strategic Plan for action and reducing carbon emissions in the Bay Area. The SFO Strategic Plan for action goal is to achieve 95% carbon emission reduction by 2021, and neutralizing carbon emissions infrastructure across the airport operations.
