Automakers were characterizing the legislation as more favorable for Tesla Motors in Palo Alto, California.

A 37 year old attorney in Missouri owns a Tesla Model X car and reportedly transported himself to the hospital emergency room using the car autopilot feature. The Tesla Motors in Palo Alto, California, has been under investigation for the autopilot feature of its autonomous vehicles. Because a driver was killed while he had his car under the autopilot feature while driving, raising questions about the autopilot feature for safety reasoning.

The power outage for Delta Airlines computer system has created problems for travelers within San Francisco Bay Area major airports. San Francisco International Airport (SFO) grounded 4 departing flights this morning and to ensure the system is operating appropriately for flight planning clearance. The traffic study will take up to 6 months and finding out how drivers can be impacted by traffic signals and driving safely on the road. San Jose Department of Transportation officials are partnership with other agencies for the study and looking for 400 car drivers to participate.
