RESCINDING LEGISLATION ABOUT EMISSION FREE CARS IN SAN FRANCISCO BAY AREA
The encouraging plan of having more emission-free cars on freeways and roadways in San Francisco Bay Area and statewide has been cancelled. California State Assemblywoman Autumn Burke, D-Los Angeles, was having limited support regarding her proposal legislation - having more emission-free cars in California by 2025. Her legislation bill AB1108 (Assembly Bill 1108) proposal was facing greater opposition from oil group associations. Automakers were characterizing the legislation as more favorable for Tesla Motors in Palo Alto, California.
