PILOTS MISTAKE EQUATES TO NEAR COLLISION WITHIN SAN FRANCISCO BAY AREA
The airline pilots flying into SFO Airport (San Francisco International Airport) were responsible for three out of five close-call collisions. The NTSB (National Transportation Safety Board) federal officials released a report identifying the pilot error for airlines at SFO airport during last 16 months. The airlines pilot error almost caused passengers to lost their life and another SFO Airport close-call was blamed on ATC (Air Traffic Control).
