The AC Transit agency's new mobile app will help commuting passengers with various functional features. Including real time scheduling for bus lines, passengers riding fees, accessing customer services on the road when necessary, etc. The transit agency is encouraging passengers to use therein official mobile app for assistance and to have a greater riding experience in East Bay.

The VTA (Valley Transportation Authority) transit agency in South Bay launches a website for therein Measure B initiative. The Measure B was approved by Santa Clara County voters during 2016 elections for transportation improvement projects countywide. The VTA 2016 Measure B website will transparently provide information regarding thereby initiative expenditures aligned with transportation projects. The county approved initiative will provide funding to improve transportation for 30 years and started sales tax collection during April 2017.

The SolTrans agency in North Bay expanded their transit center in downtown Vallejo within San Francisco Bay Area. The SolTrans transit agency is recruiting local artists for the public art sculptures project at therein transit center. The transit agency will have available funding for thereby public arts project to create sculptures at the Vallejo Transit Center in south county. The SolTrans project artists will design and create artwork sculptures for installation at therein downtown transit center.

The San Francisco Mayor, London Breed, in West Bay is opposing the MTC (Metropolitan Transportation Commission) regional transit plan for the Bay Area. The San Jose Mayor, Sam Liccardo, in South Bay is not supporting therein transit plan as well as a delegation of California Bay Area Legislatures. The MTC approved thereby Plan Bay Area 2050 within the regional areas including a mandate for employees to Work From Home. The two Bay Area mayors and legislators delegation shared their concerns with a letter to the MTC Chairperson.

The OAK (Oakland International Airport) commercial airport in East Bay is partnering with City Health Urgent Care to have another COVID-19 airport testing center. The OAK Airport second testing center is at the main terminal to help passengers and airport employees, and open for the public COVID-19 testing as well. The OAK Airport health partnership with City Health Urgent Care is the first airport certified by the State of Hawaii for being trusted traveling partners.

The Caltrans (California Department of Transportation) is partnering with a South Bay agency for the Highway 1 improvement project. The Caltrans is partnering with SCCRTC (Santa Cruz County Regional Transportation Commission) agency for therein project to ease traffic congestion in South Bay. The improvement project partnership agencies provided an online open house for public review, and requesting public feedback by 5 PM on Monday, October 19, 2020.

The MTC (Metropolitan Transportation Commission) agency is endorsing Measure RR and Measure DD within San Francisco Bay Area. The MTC administration approved their support for Measure RR for revenues to help Caltrain with operational funding. The Measure RR is also supported by San Francisco, San Mateo, and Santa Clara counties to pass by two-thirds vote for approval. It would provide dedicated funding sources for Caltrain to help with maintenance and operation of trains, as well as electrified trains as part of the Caltrain Modernization Program.

The SMART (Sonoma-Marin Area Rail Transit) train agency in North Bay receives AA rating in San Francisco Bay Area. The S&P (Standard & Poor's) Global Ratings issued therein AA rating for SMART regarding their refinancing construction debt proposal. Including an affirmative AA bond rating for SMART aligned with existing bonds credibility thereafter procedural reviews.
