The MTC announcement of opening therein Express Lane on I-680 means tolling fees will apply between the cities of Martinez and Walnut Creek. The tolling fees for therein Express Lane will apply between 5 AM and 8 PM during weekdays operation, and roadway digital signs will display rates during operational times.

The Marin Transit (Marin County Transit District) services agency in North Bay is reopening school transit routes for students. The Marin Transit services will provide transit routes for students countywide as well as College of Marin and Dominican University. The transit services agency will only provide routes for students to some high schools and middle schools countywide. The back-to-school transit routes will be adjusted because of changes with starting times, and supplemental services will be within the 600 transit routing series.

The Caltrain services agency in West Bay is reopening East 25th Avenue with all traffic alignments and successfully completed therein grade-separation project. The Caltrain grade-separation project on East 25th Avenue separated train tracks from thereby local roadway, and allowing new east-west connections on 28th and 31st avenues. The project effort is to eliminate pedestrians and vehicles accessing train tracks for protection, and preventing local traffic congestions with better access to the new Hillsdale Caltrain Station.
