The public artwork theme is A Million Times San Jose presenting with different clock faces with hands, and combining technology software and hardware sensors.

The BART (Bay Area Rapid Transit) services agency within San Francisco Bay Area is welcoming back riders with live music effective this month of October 2021. The BART agency is partnering with Taylor Street Production to launch therein Sound Tracks Music Program featuring local musicians. The partnership music program is happening on Thursdays during this month of October 2021, and between the hours of 5 PM and 6:30 PM. The free outdoor music series by local music artists are sponsored by BART and Taylor Street Production collaborative partnership.

The SolTrans (Solano County Transit) service agency in North Bay is relocating therein stop location for Route 82 effective Monday, October 11, 2021. The SolTrans agency is moving therein Southbound Route 82 transit stop temporarily, to The Embarcadero and Mission Street stop in front of San Francisco Ferry Building Gate E. The transit services agency is working closely with other companies for transit improvements projects, and including artistic projects for public arts by local artists.

The SFMTA (San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency) transit services in West Bay is offering free rides for Warrior fans ticket holders! The SFMTA free muni rides for Golden State Warrior fans are sponsored by San Francisco Mayor London Breed and the six-time NBA (National Basketball Association) Champions Warriors. The NBA season will tipoff on Tuesday, October 19, 2021 and SFMTA is encouraging Warriors fans to take advantage of the free muni rides.

The Alameda CTC (County Transportation Commission) services agency in East Bay is hosting the 2021 IWR2SD event for students exploring different ways to school. The Alameda CTC 2021 IWR2SD (International Walk and Roll To School Day) event is part of SR2S (Safe Routes To School) Program. The event is open to all students in Alameda County and giving students an opportunity, to explore different methods of transportation on Wednesday, October 6, 2021 in San Francisco Bay Area.

The VTA (Valley Transportation Authority) transit agency updated their services in South Bay to make it better for commuting passengers. The VTA new rapid transit services will start on Monday, October 11, 2021 for Rapid 568 routing services with frequency improvements between Gilroy and Diridon Station. The VTA new rapid routing services will operate between 5:30 AM and 7:30 PM during weekday services, and replacing transit services for Express 168 in South Bay.

The MTC (Metropolitan Transportation Commission) services agency in San Francisco Bay Area has released the Bay Area Transit Transformation Action Plan. Including 27 specified action items to reshape regional transit services in the Bay Area thereafter approval by the Blue Ribbon Transit Recovery Task Force. As well as Goals and Objectives for therein Transit Transformation Action Plan to make it happen with more improvement and efficient services.

The GGBHTD (Golden Gate Bridge Highway & Transportation District) services agency in North Bay is operating with new schedules for transit services. The GGBHTD transit agency continues to have suspension for some routing services in North Bay and new schedules for operational routes. Including new ferry services from Larkspur to San Francisco during weekday morning commuting hours and departing from San Francisco Ferry Terminal using Gate B.

The WestCAT (Cooperating Area Transit Systems) services agency in East Bay is operating with new transit service schedules effective this month in September 2021. Including free rides for commuting passengers throughout the whole month of September, and aligned free services for commuting passengers are consistent with other transit agencies in East Bay. The transit agency updated schedules with new time changes for some transit routing schedules are in place, and without changes for weekend services.
