The San Francisco Bay Area bridge tolls payments have been simplified by two transportation administrative agencies to make it easy for drivers. The MTC (Metropolitan Transportation Commission) and BATA (Bay Area Toll Authority) agencies are encouraging drivers and business communities to use FasTrak tolls payment system. The MTC and BATA agencies are making things easier to pay for Bay Area bridge tolls within nine regional counties.

The Marin Transit services agency in North Bay is launching their promotional free fares for passengers during October 2021 in The Bay Area. The Marin Transit agency is launching therein free services with pilot programs for all local fixed transit routes for seniors 65+ years of age and/or disability seniors. It will be a six month program and paratransit services will be exempt as well as other demanding responsive services, and low-income students can become eligible for free transit services starting November 2021.

The Caltrain services agency in West Bay is having a ribbon-cutting event on Friday, September 17, 2021 at the new Hillsdale Station. The Caltrain event is to celebrate therein successful completion of 25th Avenue Grade Separation Project in San Mateo, and separating train tracks from the East 25th Avenue to prevent local traffic congestion. The County Connection services agency in East Bay is launching their promotional free rides for commuting passengers during the month of September 2021. The transit agency is welcoming back passengers with hopes to increase more commuters during the month of September with free rides. The County Connection free rides for passengers also includes paratransit service routes within Central Contra Costa County jurisdiction.

The Santa Cruz METRO (Santa Cruz Metropolitan Transit District) services agency in South Bay is launching a new transit route to Watsonville. The Santa Cruz METRO transit agency will host a ribbon cutting event at 11 AM on Tuesday, September 7, 2021 at Watsonville Transit Center and inviting the public to attend. The new routing transit services will provide 16 daily roundtrips during the week, and therein services will be on a looping circulating format from Watsonville Transit Center.

The NFL (National Football League) 49ers American football season is kicking off in the Bay Area at Levi's Stadium and local transit agencies are helping with partnership services. The 49ers NFL American football team fans can ride with BART (Bay Area Rapid Transit), VTA (Valley Transportation Authority), and Caltrain to watch home games at Levi's Stadium. The SCT (Sonoma County Transit) services agency in North Bay is offering free shuttle services for therein Green Concert Series. The SCT agency is providing thereby free transit services for passengers attending the annual Summer Nights on the Green Concert Series at Windsor Town Green. The passengers can take therein free transit services on Route 66 Express to the Windsor Town Green on Thursday evenings for the concert.

The AC Transit agency is partnering with WETA (Water Emergency Transportation Authority) ferry services for commuting passengers in San Francisco Bay Area. The AC Transit agency is operating Line 78 to transport passengers taking ferry services across the bay, and picking up passengers from Alameda Seaplane Ferry Terminal for a pilot project.
