The San Francisco Bay Area BART (Bay Area Rapid Transit) Transportation has filed opposition documents regarding a beer produced by FiftyFifty Brewery Company in California. The opposing paperwork process is in place because of a beer called B.A.R.T. by the brewing company in Truckee, California and BART transportation don't appreciate it. It seems like a misunderstanding of the acronyms usage, because the beer was called B.A.R.T. (Barrel Aged Really Tasty) by the brewing company to honor the brewing beer team's dead dog, that use to run around the brewing shop during production.

Transportation is a necessity in San Francisco Bay Area especially for working class people, and other people use motorcycles for daily commuting and weaving through vehicular traffic congestion on freeways and roadways. We just posted about "Motorcycling in San Francisco Bay Area Freeways Can Be Dangerous" and yesterday evening, a pedestrian was hit and killed by a motorcyclist in San Jose, California at 9:20 PM based on police report. The pedestrian was crossing over Monterey Road close by Lewis Street where he was hit and died at the scene lying on the road.

The freeways in San Francisco Bay Area is already dangerous with traffic congestion issues, and considering more dangerous people riding their motorcycles on roadways and freeways can be extremely dangerous. A latest report indicates more motorcyclists involvement with accidents are increasing versus the past previous years. Some motorcyclists on freeways behave in many dangerous situations including their ways of cutting between cars on the freeways illegally.

The City of Palo Alto council members approved the other bridge design and not a finalist design selected by panel committee members. The design final selection of a pedestrian and bicyclist bridge crossing Highway 101 in Palo Alto came down to a final decision by city council members. The environmental advocates provided council members with critical information regarding birds along the Baylands geographical area.

The traffic impact in San Francisco Bay Area is preventing building developments in the City of Mountain View because of local traffic congestion that comes with developmental projects. High tech companies are sharing ongoing building developments for new offices within North Bayshore geographical area along eastern part of Highway 101. The local drivers for high tech companies in San Francisco Bay Area have contracted local shuttle buses to transport their employees to and from work every day. Some of those contracted drivers are now union members and will get pay increase including benefits, and will be paying union monthly fees with their pay raises. Teamsters union members are tapping into Bauer Transportation drivers and seeking to get enough drivers to sign the union members contract and have union representation during negotiations.

An environmentalist group is questioning the final architectural design for an overpass bridge in Palo Alto over Highway 101 for pedestrians and bicyclists. The environmental advocates are saying the proposed bridge will endanger birds in the area because of how the design is formulated. The bridge has arches similar to the iconic Golden Gate Bridge with a net-looking outfit, and birds may run into harming themselves and endangering many various birds.
