SAN FRANCISCO BAY AREA TRANSPORTATION & HOUSING PLAN 2040 DEBRIEFING

The recent open house meetings throughout San Francisco Bay Area plans for year 2040 is raising many questions about the effectiveness of reaching appropriate goals for the plan. The Plan 2040 is to reform transportation and housing within San Francisco Bay Area regions, and transportation protecting our natural environment and housing for all people. ABAG (Association of Bay Area Governments) and MTC (Metropolitan Transportation Commission) spearheaded these open house meetings to hear from people directly. A similar plan was in place for year 2013 and Marin County residents with local leaders raise concerns and complaints about truly making climate change and transportation solutions. Some people were saying, "Is it really about building more buildings for specific types of people and raise rents? Having local control on local issues and resolving traffic congestion on local regional areas is really what matters."

"This time we are talking with people to get public input earlier before planning solutions are proposed for the process," said Ezra Rapport, ABAG Executive Director. #EliteLimousine driver's background is lawfully checked and cleared to operate passenger transporting vehicles, and all fleet vehicles are always cleaned with eco-cleaning solutions without toxin, to keep car interiors environmentally safe and healthy for passengers.
