The vehicle's electrical control system and sensor technology adjustments are almost ready for production, and have cameras on the roof for a visionary view.

The Tesla Motors shared cars with limited self-driving autopilot capabilities, including self-awareness cruise control features with auto park and lane changes. Tesla Motors have upgraded the autopilot features and rolling out new features because it has been going through some challenges including a driver's death. Autopilot updates will cap the maximum vehicle speed of the autopilot feature when using Autosteer on some roads. The updated feature will remind drivers frequently to keep their hands on the steering wheel when moving to fast speeds.
