The highway cameras installation data and recordings are already providing positive results, because 6 criminals have been arrested and 4 cars recovered. The car owners were happy to receive their cars and criminals are processed through legal systems appropriately.

The Southwest Airlines had a computer glitch on Wednesday and leading into yesterday making things hard for traveling passengers. Including arrivals and departing flights out of San Francisco Bay Area with passengers making alternative flight plans because of flight delays and cancellation. Some passengers have to alter their connecting flights and rearrange their traveling flight plans. Passengers have to stand in longer airport check-in lines for TSA (Transportation Security Administration) clearance.

The self-driving cars conference in San Francisco is seeking more ways of ensuring safety elements are in place accordingly for autonomous vehicles. This is a major concern of people in San Francisco Bay Area and nationwide with self-driving cars considering recent fatality accidents including death. The USDOT (U.S. Department of Transportation) Secretary Anthony Foxx shared his remarks yesterday during the conference regarding more safety testing for self-driving cars.

Since the death of a youth on BART (Bay Area Rapid Transit) trains six months ago thereafter a fatal shooting, transit administrators are installing more cameras for passenger's safety. Currently testing various camera units to ensure safety elements are in place accordingly for commuting passengers. All surveillance cameras should be installed in all BART trains sometime next year including various BART locations. Transit officials are reviewing camera units to make sure it records all images relating to negative activities on BART trains.

The booming technology industries in San Francisco Bay Area with startup companies seeking ways to improve self-driving cars. The self-driving cars convention will be in San Francisco this week and people are looking for safety improvement. Because lately some drivers were killed while their cars were operating under "autopilot" mechanisms, and other self-driving cars were involved in car accidents.

A hazmat team was called for assistance this morning because of vehicular collision on Highway-4 in Brentwood, California. One of the collided vehicle was a truck transporting pesticides and hazmat team was on location, to ensure of no environmental or passengers exposed to toxic mixtures during the accident. The hazmat team from Contra Costa County was immediately on location to screen the area for hazardous materials and environmental safety.

The muni buses in San Francisco will finally get air conditioning for the first time and passengers will feel the interior cooling air. Muni buses should have air conditioning systems during 2018 because it's been operating under city fogging climate, for many years with natural cooling air and considering climate changes. The air conditioning systems will cost about $15,000 - $25,000 for each system and total costing amount of about $5.1 million for the project operation.

Gun shootings on highways and roadways in San Francisco Bay Area is becoming more problematic for people. That's why cameras are being installed along Highway-4 in Pittsburg, California for protection because of recent highway shootings. The 14 photographic cameras installation system should be completed and functional by Monday as planned, and capturing criminal activities along the highway. The cameras will also be used as investigative tools as needed for evidence during criminal case matters.

Recently local residents were complaining about airplane noises, and local cities are seeking resolutions to the problem. A recent WalletHub study identifies 2016 worst cities for driving nationwide during commuting and traveling time.
