The Tesla Motors displayed their electric Model-3 car and scheduled to complete by Friday as planned. The Tesla Model-3 car is expected to cover a range area of 215 miles for only one charge. The awaited successful roll-out of therein Model-3 will provide sustainable energy sources and company's financial future. The car production will increase with 100 cars during August, 1,500 in September, and 20,000 per month during December. The Tesla goal is to produce 500,000 electric cars a year in 2018, and about 15,000 more than the production during first quarter.

The corporate shuttle buses for Google, Facebook, Apple, and other San Francisco Bay Area companies are getting positive feedback. The Silicon Valley Leadership Group provided a polling survey within Santa Clara County with 78% of participants earmarking positive impact with company shuttles.

The MTC (Metropolitan Transportation Commission) is looking as ways and means of support for enforcement regarding highway carpool lanes. The carpool lanes in San Francisco Bay Area is getting congested because of many drivers are cheating to use it unlawfully, and making it unsafe for other drivers on local highways. The MTC is working with state legislators and CHP (California Highway Patrol) for assistance to ensure drivers are not unlawfully using carpool lanes.

The San Francisco Bay Area transportation fares are increasing effective July 1, 2017 for public transit agencies and Golden Gate Bridge tolls. The public transportation agencies serving San Francisco Bay Area will increase passengers fares to keep up with infrastructure changes. Including the Bay Area high cost of living for families and children as well as transportation needs. The SamTrans transit agency serving San Mateo County is planning to increase parking fees at Colma BART station along with new bus fare increases.

The San Francisco Bay Area BART (Bay Area Rapid Transit) system has finished the installation of new security cameras on trains and BART locations. The new cameras cost BART $1.42 million to ensure passengers are safe while riding inside trains and without danger. The security networking infrastructure will be empowered with new cameras in place and effectively resolve crime investigations. The new cameras will be useful for six to seven years and new BART trains have built-in security digital cameras for safety.

The MTC (Metropolitan Transportation Commission) is planning to expand therein Ford GoBike program, and showing conflicting biking approaches in San Francisco. The MTC, Ford Motor Company, and Motivate partnership launched the expansion biking program and planning to add 3500 bicycles for local stations. However, the SFCTA (San Francisco County Transportation Authority) is stopping $255,000 grant for possible expansion sites for the Ford GoBike program.

The AC (Alameda-Contra Costa Transit District) is partnering with OPL (Oakland Public Library) for 2017 Summer Reading Program and Teen Summer Passport Program. The partnership programs will provide children with reading literacy activities and keeping up with reading skills. The programs will also provide teenage students an opportunity to explore their communities, and they will receive virtual passport stamps to visit museums and skate parks, etc. The AC transit storytime bus will arrive at OPL on Saturday, July 15, 2017, and will travel to four library branch locations.

The VTA is offering 2017 Summer Youth Passes to allow for Summer Jobs and educational endeavors for youth, including local Summertime activities for families and children. The San Francisco muni buses will have new fare machines to make it easier for passengers and accountable for administrators. The SFMTA (San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency) introduced the new machines and will start installing them on muni buses. The new smarter fare machines will dispense a printed muni ticket for passengers including transaction details and activities. It will also help for a better tracking system of fare payments and understanding how passengers use the transit system.

The San Francisco Superior Court judge ordered ride-sharing company Uber to provide San Francisco Treasurer and Tax Collection offices with driver's data information. The data will determine whether Uber drivers working in San Francisco have necessary business license certification. Because all local business operating in San Francisco are required to register and obtain a required certification license. The judge legal order will give a requirement for Uber ride-sharing company to follow and avoid any unlawful penalties.
