The Singapore Airlines announced new nonstop flights from SFO (San Francisco International Airport) and LAX (Los Angeles International Airport) during a week. The Singapore Airlines nonstop flights at SFO will start during this fall season using an A350-900 aircraft operating within a week. It will increase nonstop flight services to SFO Airport from 7 to 10 within a weekly traveling basis. It will also continue existing flight services with one-stop daily flights for economy passengers with options.

The SFPD (San Francisco Police Department) is enforcing waterfront traffic on Embarcadero especially during summertime to protect pedestrians and city visitors. The latest was an accident on Embarcadero when a vehicle driver struck a pedicab with two passengers during the month of June. The pedicab passengers were released from a local hospital and pedicab operator had critical injuries. The San Francisco Bicycle Coalition and bicyclist groups have advocated for bicyclists protection at the waterfront.

The new SFMTA (San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency) identified logo is starting to become painted on street curb sides including color zone curbs. The different street color curbs have various intentional establishment purpose of particular zones with time limits. The white zone curbs, red zone, green zone, yellow zone, and blue zones will have the SFMTA new logo painted on the curb zone. The street color zones around downtown will be repainted if necessary along with the new SFMTA logo.

The AC (Alameda-Contra Costa) transit agency implements an AC Go services in central Alameda County between Hayward and San Leandro locations. The AC Go services will make it Better, Simpler, Faster for East Bay communities including expansion services with new transit bus lines. Including extension transit bus services to Chabot College and Southland Mall during weekdays and weekends. The AC transit agency also redesigned service routes for other lines to make it work for the AC Go project implementation.

The VTA (Valley Transportation Authority) transit agency is launching its new safety video for passengers and employees in South Bay. Including assessment procedures for safety improvement elements within the system to ensure passengers are safe while riding VTA buses. As well as VTA transit agency reaching out to the public for safety collaborative effort, and educating people about how to become safe around transit buses and light railway systems. The VTA administration is offering a free mobile app for people to download on mobile devises for safety video accessibility.

The Tesla company has been reported of hitting its production goal of 5,000 Model 3 cars within a week. The Tesla, CEO (Chief Executive Officer) Elon Musk issued a congratulatory message for the production team for a job well done and hitting their target goal. It provides consideration as a key to Tesla's future regarding Model 3 cars when it launched during last July. Introducing the base price of $35,000 for each autonomous sedan cars for middle-class car buyers. The customers showed interest and put their names on the reservation list with down payments for the Model 3 sedan cars.

The AC (Alameda-Contra Costa) transit agency is enhancing services along line 97 routing elements with an improvement project. The project will improve services to represent communities as an investment approach for reliable and safety public transportation. The line 97 is one of high ridership service areas AC transit serves between Bay Fair BART Station and Union City BART Station. The improvement project will reduce vehicle fuel consumption and emissions as well as improving safety and transit operations.

The SamTrans transit agency still have available Youth Monthly Pass during summertime for youth children between 5 and 18 years of age. The SamTrans transit agency provides transportation services within San Mateo County, San Francisco, and Palo Alto. The monthly pass is only $27 and can be used throughout the whole year for unlimited rides using SamTrans transit buses. Including unlimited rides using ECR Rapid transit services between Redwood City and Daly City, and making it easier for commuting passengers.

The iconic Golden Gate bridge tolls, ferries, and transit bus fares are increasing within San Francisco Bay Area effective July 1, 2018. These increasing rates are aligned with Golden Gate Transportation District ordinance adopted by the Board of Directors. The drivers have to pay .25 cents more to cross the Golden Gate bridge and FasTrak fare increases to $7. The Fastrak carpooling fare is $5 and pay-by-plate fare is $8, and ferry fares along with transit bus fares have increased as well.
