The STS (Sonoma County Airport) commercial airport in North Bay is launching their nonstop flights by Avelo Airlines starting Friday, November 11, 2022. The STS Airport is working closely with all airlines to make air traveling better for passengers. The Avelo Airlines will start thereby nonstop flight services twice during weekly hours on Fridays and Mondays. The nonstop flight services for air travelers to Palm Springs, California by Avelo Airlines will be the only one from STS Airport.

The SFO (San Francisco International Airport) commercial airport in West Bay is having nonstop flights by Flair Airlines to Vancouver and Edmonton. The SFO Airport admin is working closely with Flair Airlines regarding therein nonstop flights to help air traveling passengers. The Flair Airlines nonstop flights operate independently with low-cost rates, and serving more Canadian and/or North American destinations. The SFO Airport works closely with all airlines creating partnership services to help air traveling passengers.

The OAK (Oakland International Airport) commercial airport in East Bay is launching nonstop flights by Spirit Airlines to New York City/Newark metro regional area. The Spirit Airlines nonstop flights to and/or from OAK Airport, will use their A320 NEO aircraft going Eastbound/Westbound for air traveling passengers. It's the eighth nonstop flights for Spirit Airlines to and/or from OAK Airport, and making it easier for passengers to arrive/depart from the East Bay airport.

The SJC (San Jose International Airport) commercial airport in South Bay is resuming nonstop flights for American Airlines in October 2022. The SJC Airport is in the heart of Silicon Valley and will have nonstop flights for American Airlines directly to CLT Airport in Charlotte, North Carolina. The SJC Airport nonstop flights for American Airlines will use their Airbus A321 aircraft, to transport passengers directly to Charlotte, North Carolina. The air travelers in Silicon Valley will be happy to have therein nonstop flights, and will find it very useful for local business traveling.

The BART (Bay Area Rapid Transit) services agency in San Francisco Bay Area is hosting their 50th Birthday Family Festival on Saturday, September 10, 2022. The transit services agency will operate two early morning services from Larkspur Ferry Terminal to San Francisco Financial District. The transit bus Route 132 morning weekday services from Monday to Friday will provide an option for passengers who prefers early services.

The WETA (Water Emergency Transportation Authority) services agency in West Bay is improving their communication connections with passengers. The WETA is launching their San Francisco Bay Ferry App to help passengers get real-time ferry schedules. The WETA commuting passengers can download thereby app on their iPhones and will be available for Android devices soon. The passengers will get mobile updated information on rider alerts and/or transit services routing changes.

The Alameda CTC (County Transportation Commission) services agency in East Bay has been recognized again for excellence in financial reporting. The Alameda CTC agency has been recognized for nine consecutive years by GFOA (Government Finance Officers Association). The agency is recognized for it's financial reporting performance is aligned with their Annual Comprehensive Financial Report. The recognition award by GFOA is the highest mark for financial reporting with excellence in governmental accounting.

The Santa Cruz METRO (Sant Cruz Metropolitan Transit District) services agency in South Bay is having their Highway 17 Express Services for people going to the beach. The Santa Cruz METRO new transit services will operate on weekends from San Jose Diridon Station to Santa Cruz Wharf and Main Beach. The new transit Express Services will cost $7 each way per passenger, and discounted rates are available for seniors and disability passengers. The transit agency Express Services can have up to three children ride for free with a paying adult.
