The MTC (Metropolitan Transportation Commission) services agency in San Francisco Bay Area is partnering with government agencies to help highway traffic. The MTC agency partners with CHP (California Highway Patrol) and Caltrans (California Department of Transportation) to ease traffic on local highways statewide. The partnership services provide emergency assistance for drivers on the highway, and thereby FSP (Freeway Service Patrol) is free of charge.

The SMART (Sonoma-Marin Area Rail Transit) train agency in North Bay is offering new midday services effective Monday, October 3, 2022. The SMART train services will help commuting passengers make better connections with Golden Gate Ferry services. Including connections for passengers at other local transit agencies, and especially helping students with public schools reopening. The SMART new train services during midday is based on community feedback, and public surveys with outreach activities.

The SFMTA (San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency) transit services in West Bay is launching a safety initiative to protect passengers and employees. The MuniSafe project elements will help passengers report unsafe activities onboard muni transit buses and/or railway services. Needless to say, it's Transit Month of September 2022 in the Bay Area, and SFMTA will monitor therein reporting unsafe activities. The SFMTA transit agency will work closely with San Francisco 311 Customer Service Center, and will update options for reporting by ALL types of passengers.

The Tri Delta Transit services agency in East Bay is opening their new Oakley Park and Ride project with a ribbon cutting ceremony! It operates under ECCTA (Eastern Contra Costa Transit Authority) lead agency, and provides transit services within eastern communities countywide. Including ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) transit services within thereby coverage areas. The transit agency new project celebration on Wednesday, September 14, 2022 provides an opportunity for passengers with improvement services.

The Santa Cruz METRO (Santa Cruz Metropolitan Transit District) services agency in South Bay is offering free rides for commuting passengers in the Bay Area. The transit agency free rides will happen on Thursday, September 15, 2022 until Thursday, September 29, 2022. The Santa Cruz METRO is hoping to increase ridership during the fall schedules with thereby promotional approach. The free rides for passengers will be aligned with local transit services and Highway 17, as well as ParaCruz services countywide.

The BART (Bay Area Rapid Transit) services agency in San Francisco Bay Area held a successful 50th Years Birthday Celebration! The BART agency's 50th anniversary was celebrated in Oakland at Lake Merritt Station over the weekend, and approximately more than 2,500 people attended. The celebration was filled with family fun activities and educational for children, and BART employees participated as well as retired employees. The Marin Transit services agency in North Bay is operating without routing services by Sausalito Muir Woods Shuttle Services. The transit services for Sausalito Muir Woods Shuttles are suspended until further notice, and Route 61 weekday services during certain hours will be suspended. The Marin Transit agency will not print therein Riders Guide during the Fall 2022, and all service schedules will be the same until December 2022. The transit services Route 17 operation has been modified to help students during the current school fiscal year.

The Caltrain services agency in West Bay is updating their schedules to minimize waiting times for commuting passengers and making better connections. The Caltrain agency will operate new service schedules effective Monday, September 12, 2022. The services new schedules will connect transit passengers with BART (Bay Area Rapid Transit) during daily evening commuting hours. The Caltrain new weekday schedules will help passengers make better connections with BART, and making their traveling time faster in the Bay Area.

The Union City Transit agency in East Bay is updating their weekend schedules effective Saturday, September 10, 2022 in the Bay Area. Including weekday schedules for commuting passengers effective Monday, September 12, 2022, and aligned with local school schedules for students. The transit agency new schedules will make it easier for students and commuting passengers using BART (Bay Area Rapid Transit). Including passengers using AC Transit (Alameda-Contra Costa Transit District) and students traveling within the school district region.

The VTA (Valley Transportation Authority) transit services agency is leading the way to have public transit more reliable in South Bay. The VTA transit agency is working closely with therein City of San Jose council members, to ensure public transit in San Jose is top priority. Therefore, the City of San Jose approved the Transit First Policy to improve public transit in South Bay, and San Jose is adopted to be a Transit First City. The new policy will have public transit lanes for transporting buses, and accessible for emergency vehicles to help the people.
