The San Francisco Bay Area BART and Alameda-Contra Costa Transit have reached an agreement with the developmental process to move forward accordingly. Therefore, AC Transit late night and early morning transportation services across the bay may begin in December this year.

The San Francisco Police Department is investigating a boat that slams into Pier-52 in San Francisco, and kills a man due to the boat incident when firefighter arrived at the scene. The first responding firefighters found debris in the water with a dead body, and the man's body was leaning over the boat steering wheel. A witness said, the boat was going full throttle smashing into the pier south of AT&T Park early Wednesday morning.

The San Francisco BART was delayed on Tuesday morning due to an equipment malfunction, and delaying trips for passengers commuting from across the bay in Oakland to San Francisco and San Francisco International Airport. The BART train have to be checked for the operational equipment to ensure it operates appropriately, and some passengers have to contact their work places for accountability. Passengers taking departing and arriving flights in San Francisco International Airport have to check into making sure they don't miss their departing flights.

The new bay bridge completed it's celebration with honorary guests and it appears that defecting tower rods for the bridge is questionable, and also safety awareness for drivers while driving across the bay bridge. Caltrans inspected the bay bridge tower rods due to rusting bolts, and found defective tower rods were lacking preventative elements from keeping them dry to avoid getting rust and corrosion. Caltrans officials shared this information with the oversight committee during a meeting in Oakland this week, and tower steel rods are crucial to stabilize the bay bridge.

The Stanford Developmental project on El Camino Real in Menlo Park is on hold during the process until after elections, and local businesses and residents are raising concerns about the traffic impact within local areas. Part of delaying the project is based on the outcome of a local initiative regarding developmental projects planning process, and the initiative is on local elections in November.
