SFMTA UPDATING FEEDBACK SYSTEM IN SAN FRANCISCO BAY AREA
The SFMTA (San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency) is launching a new feedback system for passengers to help improve muni services in West Bay. The SFMTA data shows receiving approximately 2,000 feedback from customers every month regarding services with efficiency and/or improvement with reliability. The new feedback system will provide customers with an opportunity to follow their input from submitting the feedback to outcome - transparency approach! The SFMTA administration loves to hear from passengers and uses their feedback to improve services.
