The SamTrans annual report shows revenues and expenditures for fiscal year ending on June 30, 2020 regarding Measure W funding. The Measure W initiative funding was approved by countywide voters during 2018 elections, and providing therein funding support for transportation improvement services. The SolTrans (Solano County Transit) service agency in North Bay continues to promote their 2 for 1 Solano Express routes in San Francisco Bay Area. The SolTrans agency is offering therein express services for passengers working and/or living in Solano County, and making them eligible for thereby 2 for 1 promotional transit passes. The passengers can get free Monthly and/or Daily Passes for all Solano Express service bus lines. The SolTrans agency is continually promoting therein transit services to welcome back riders and/or welcoming new transit riders.

The Caltrain new South San Francisco Station in West Bay is completed with improvements to make it easier and convenient for commuting passengers.
