The LAVTA transit agency was awarded therein recognition Grand Prize by APTA (American Public Transportation Association) during their annual event. The transit agency has been providing public transportation to serve Tri-Valley commuting passengers, and students attending local educational institutions.

The VTA (Valley Transportation Authority) services agency in South Bay is recovering nearly half of passengers during the pre-pandemic levels. The VTA data shows 47% of ridership recovery during weekday services of pre-pandemic levels, and Paratransit ridership increase at 64% in November 2021. The transit agency's database identified therein frequency services to be the most effective source of recovery, and with nearly two-third of commuting passengers back on transit lines.

The MTC (Metropolitan Transportation Commission) services agency in San Francisco Bay Area is opening two parking lots in the Bay Area. The MTC agency is opening therein parking lots as part of thereby Bay Bridge initiative in East Bay, and helping drivers park with less cars on the road. The identified two public parking lots in East Bay will be in Albany on Buchannan Street and Fruitvale Avenue in Oakland. The SolTrans agency is joining other transit agencies in the Bay Area to help and make things easier for commuting passengers. The SolTrans partnership with Transit mobility app will help passengers navigate their traveling elements from the beginning to end of their traveling journey. The SolTrans commuting passengers will have an all-in-one tool in place to help them, and including payment fees during their traveling in the Bay Area.

The SFMTA (San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency) transit services in West Bay approved their 2022 Muni Service Plan in the Bay Area. The SFMTA muni transit services plan was approved by the board thereafter community outreach activities with feedback for next year. The SFMTA service plan will include changes with some routes and restore some local routes with overlapping services to help passengers. The identified 2022 Muni Service Plan is created to help connect passengers to local food places, pharmacies, hospitals, etc.

The Alameda CTC (County Transportation Commission) services agency in East Bay is launching their 2nd Annual Creation for Transportation event. The Alameda CTC annual event is part of therein SR2S (Safe Routes To Schools) Program, and the event is for countywide high schools during this winter season. The SR2S Program event is offering an opportunity for local high school students in Alameda County to present their contest transportation options - until Monday, February 28, 2022.

The VTA (Valley Transportation Authority) transit agency in South Bay is planning to offer free adult bicycle education classes during the Spring 2022. The VTA agency is partnering with SVBC (Silicon Valley Bicycle Coalition) to offer therein bicycle education classes in South Bay. The bicycle education classes are offered through Measure B funding allocation for bicycles and pedestrians in Santa Clara County. The VTA and SVBC partnership efforts will consist of four bicycle coursework types of classes, and curricula activities about bicycle safety and maintenance.

The BART (Bay Area Rapid Transit) services agency in San Francisco Bay Area is welcoming back commuting passengers with services nearing regular operations. The BART agency will continue to provide more transit services when necessary with more local business communities are opening. Including more frequent train services to be consistent with other Bay Area transit service agencies alignment with "All Aboard Bay Area Transit" awareness approach.

The STS Airport (Sonoma County Airport) in North Bay is constructing their Solar Canopy System for clean energy power in the Bay Area. The STS Airport solar energy project is coming along well and hopefully have it completed during early part of next year in 2022. The airport project construction is over Parking Lot B and public parking has been reallocated to other public parking areas available for air traveling passengers. Including relocation for other airlines into the main terminal with check-in counters, and rental cars are relocated to therein airport modular building.

The SFO (San Francisco International Airport) commercial airport in West Bay is making it easier for connection flights in the Bay Area. The SFO Airport recently opened two new walkways between Terminal 2 and Terminal 3 to make it better for passengers connecting flights. The airport pre/post security walkways have artistic displays with a rotating exhibition equipment, and visualizing artistic layouts by various outstanding artists. Including walkways lounge seating for people to rest and relax as well as eye-viewing the photography collection by the SFO Museum.
