The Caltrain agency will need $462 million more for therein project to complete within the identified timeline, and additional cost for project construction is part of thereby negotiations with the contractor. The FTA (Federal Transit Administration) underestimated therein costing amount during the procedural process and expecting thereby electrified trains completed in 2024.

The SFMTA (San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency) transit services in West Bay approved their 2022 Muni Service Plan in the Bay Area. The SFMTA muni transit services plan was approved by the board thereafter community outreach activities with feedback for next year. The SFMTA service plan will include changes with some routes and restore some local routes with overlapping services to help passengers. The identified 2022 Muni Service Plan is created to help connect passengers to local food places, pharmacies, hospitals, etc.

The Alameda CTC (County Transportation Commission) services agency in East Bay is launching their 2nd Annual Creation for Transportation event. The Alameda CTC annual event is part of therein SR2S (Safe Routes To Schools) Program, and the event is for countywide high schools during this winter season. The SR2S Program event is offering an opportunity for local high school students in Alameda County to present their contest transportation options - until Monday, February 28, 2022.

The VTA (Valley Transportation Authority) transit agency in South Bay is planning to offer free adult bicycle education classes during the Spring 2022. The VTA agency is partnering with SVBC (Silicon Valley Bicycle Coalition) to offer therein bicycle education classes in South Bay. The bicycle education classes are offered through Measure B funding allocation for bicycles and pedestrians in Santa Clara County. The VTA and SVBC partnership efforts will consist of four bicycle coursework types of classes, and curricula activities about bicycle safety and maintenance.

The BART (Bay Area Rapid Transit) services agency in San Francisco Bay Area is welcoming back commuting passengers with services nearing regular operations. The BART agency will continue to provide more transit services when necessary with more local business communities are opening. Including more frequent train services to be consistent with other Bay Area transit service agencies alignment with "All Aboard Bay Area Transit" awareness approach.

The STS Airport (Sonoma County Airport) in North Bay is constructing their Solar Canopy System for clean energy power in the Bay Area. The STS Airport solar energy project is coming along well and hopefully have it completed during early part of next year in 2022. The airport project construction is over Parking Lot B and public parking has been reallocated to other public parking areas available for air traveling passengers. Including relocation for other airlines into the main terminal with check-in counters, and rental cars are relocated to therein airport modular building.
