The Southwest Airlines clipped it's wing during an attempt of departure at LaGuardia Airport in New York causing flight delays. Both Southwest Airlines and American Airlines got too close to each other creating the tangle and clipped off the tip of Southwest Airlines aircraft wing. No passengers were injured during the incident and some flights were delayed, and FAA (Federal Aviation Administration) is investigating the incident of what happened for safety matters.

The holiday season is here and traveling across the nation and international can be stressful for passengers at San Francisco Bay Area SFO (San Francisco International Airport). During pre-holiday traveling on Tuesday at SFO gets really hard because of long lines, and some people get really testy about waiting their turn, as well as anger with distracting negative behaviors start to appear. The long lines are getting longer and some passengers are inpatient waiting for the procedural process before boarding airline flights - approximately 100,000 travelers.

The restaurant workers at SFO (San Francisco International Airport) has been working without a current contract and had a two day strike during the latest stormy days in San Francisco Bay Area. Flights were delayed and cancelled due to recently bad weather conditions, and leaving some traveling passengers stranded at SFO without food to eat because some airport restaurants were closed and lacking services. The contractual hardship negotiating point is regarding health care costs for 5 years and causing a disagreement between both parties leading into a two day strike.

The award-winning YES Conference (Youth for the Environment and Sustainability) is scheduled for February 7, 2015 in Oakland, and gaining support from MTC (Metropolitan Transportation Commission) and Bay Area Air Quality Management District. The conference is in place encouraging youth leadership students on learning from each other about our environment, and providing a presentation on how to save our natural environment, safety, and improving air quality within San Francisco Bay Area region.

The bridge design over Highway 101 for pedestrians and bicyclists in Palo Alto have been approved by a team of architectural experts. This project will cost $10 million connecting Southern Palo Alto, East Bayshore Business Park, Bay Trail, and Palo Alto Baylands. The proposed bridge design was through a contest and approved design is somewhat similar to the iconic Golden Gate Bridge rusty color with overarching loops. It will also have space for pedestrians and bicyclists to fix their bikes if necessary, and initial construction will begin sometime during 2017.

San Francisco muni transportation services have been downgraded by many passengers for not being reliable and dependable, and procedural plans are in the process for services improvement. The muni improvement plans will include constructing some roadway lanes for buses only, and making it pedestrian safety during loading and unloading zones. The Board of Supervisors approved $873,000 for this improvement project along Geary Boulevard and traffic lights will be reviewed for fixtures as well if necessary.

The City of San Leandro is upgrading it's shuttle services due to increase ridership and making it faster with more stops within the industrial business area. The services are provided to assist working class people with feasible transportation that's reliable and dependable for commuters. The shuttle services will continue because of support from business communities and providing granting funds for supportive services. The shuttle routes will be reconfigured adding more stops and making it convenient for working class people.

The latest research findings indicate electric cars may not be suitable to save our natural environment, and a lot of technologies thinking of it as being clean - it's not really as it appears. Electric cars powerful engine is generated by coal and the processing structure can hurt our environment, and may create worsening elements for the global warming environment. The coal processing elements can produce 3.6 times more smog deaths because of polluted air, and worse carbon-dioxide results during the electrical power production for cars.

The City of Mountain View announced yesterday that shuttle services will be offered for residents, and paid for by the historic technology giant Google. The services will help reduce traffic congestion problems within local roadways, and providing local communities with some sense of ownership knowing each other. Residents traveling services will begin January 2015 providing people with transportation to work, public parks, train stations, and even shopping.

The Caltrain transportation system had many services disruption yesterday, and delaying services for passengers and working class people commuting to and from work. A Caltrain going south smashed an empty Toyota on the train tracks at Fairoaks Avenue in Atherton, and a train going northbound hit smashing debris elements from the incident. During 20-25 minutes later, another Caltrain hit a truck that stopped on the tracks in San Jose before Blossom Hills train station.
