The TSA impersonator was booked into jail and District Attorney's office will not file any charges, and prosecutors don't see any criminal charges for the impersonators wrongful activities.

The SamTrans transit district runs throughout San Mateo County including Caltrain to transport passengers, and because of an investigation by San Mateo County DA's (District Attorney) office due to potential malpractice. Leading into a three month investigation for potential monetary embezzlement, theft, and criminal conduct allegations within the transit district operation.
