The MTC agency internship program will provide opportunities for students to work closely with transportation mentoring professionals. The SMART (Sonoma-Marin Area Rail Transit) train services agency receives $3 million for two segments pathway improvement project in North Bay. The SMART agency successfully received therein project funding from MTC (Metropolitan Transportation Commission) through the OBAG (One Bay Area Grants) funds. The Marin Transit services agency in North Bay is changing their schedules effective Sunday, June 11, 2023 in the Bay Area. The transit agency current schedules will remain in place through therein 2023 Spring season, and changes will improve service demands countywide. Including transit services reliability with quality results for commuting passengers, as well as safety standards improvement to protect riders.
