The escrow deal is scheduled to close during November 2020, and funding will help with designing and construction of therein second SMART train station.

The SFO (San Francisco International Airport) is relocating Delta Airlines to Terminal 2 effective Tuesday, June 23, 2020 in West Bay. The SFO Airport has been undergoing major development projects and runway repairs with upgrades, and comes with new airport policies and parking restrictions. Including the airport roadway constructions and upgrades with new traffic signals alignment with parking garages. The SFO Delta Airlines relocation project will provide the final phase at Harvey Milk Terminal 1 constructions.

Some airlines within San Francisco Bay Area commercial airports are requiring passengers to wear face coverings when traveling onboard airplane flights. The following airlines have policies requiring passengers to wear face coverings: United, America, Delta, Southwest, Alaska, Frontier, and JetBlue to stop the spread of COVID-19 virus. The BART new gates for commuting passengers will cost approximately $90 million with 40% savings from the initial estimating cost.
