SANTA CRUZ METRO UPDATES IN SAN FRANCISCO BAY AREA

The Santa Cruz METRO (Santa Cruz Metropolitan Transit District) services agency in South Bay is operating with their summertime schedules in the Bay Area. The transit agency summertime schedules started on Thursday, June 19, 2025 for routing services improvement countywide. The Santa Cruz METRO transit services for Route 1 and Route 2 will operate every 20 minutes during daytime services, and every 60 minutes during early morning and/or late night transit services. To increase local transit services frequencies during regular daytime operational hours, and helping passengers get to their destinations faster and safely convenience. The agency Route 3 local transit services will become detoured because of therein construction on the Murray Street bridge.
