The STS (Sonoma County Airport) commercial airport in North Bay successfully completed therein federal mandated training for emergency readiness in the Bay Area. The STS Airport hosted and completed thereby 2025 Triennial Full-Scale Emergency training exercise required by FAA (Federal Aviation Administration). The FAA federal training exercise is during every three years and STS Airport completed therein emergency training and assessment for readiness. The mandated federal triennial training prepares and testing therein local Airport Emergency Plan, and simulating aircraft safety training and operational readiness. Including readiness of local airport personnel during emergency situations, and effectiveness of coordinating with local agencies when necessary.
