SAN FRANCISCO BAY AREA - CALTRANS IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS
The Caltrans (California Department of Transportation) state services agency in San Francisco Bay Area is investing around $930 million for improvement projects. The Caltrans improvement projects investment will happen within four years in the Bay Area and statewide. The state agency will have local projects for pedestrians, and bicycle riders to improve thereby services infrastructure. Including new bike lanes on highways as well as safety elements for protection of pedestrians and bicycle riders.
