SOUTHWEST AIRLINES LAWSUIT IN SAN FRANCISCO BAY AREA

A passenger that was on Southwest Airlines flight from Oakland Airport to Los Angeles Orange County passed away the day after the airplane landed, and the wife of passenger Richard Ilczyscyn is suing the airlines. Because the wife feels airline personnel inappropriately handled her husband's medical situational condition during the flight. She filed the lawsuit with Alameda County Superior Court for unspecified damages including emergency damages during the flight. The lawsuit claims because of inappropriate handling by flight personnel of an emergency situation created a blood clot within her husband's biological system leading to his death.
