SMART TRAIN NEW SERVICES WITHIN SAN FRANCISCO BAY AREA

The SMART (Sonoma-Marin Area Rail Transit) train agency in North Bay is offering new midday services effective Monday, October 3, 2022. The SMART train services will help commuting passengers make better connections with Golden Gate Ferry services. Including connections for passengers at other local transit agencies, and especially helping students with public schools reopening. The SMART new train services during midday is based on community feedback, and public surveys with outreach activities. The new transit agency midday services includes adjusted times for Larkspur Ferry Station, and addressing afternoon service gaps to help commuting passengers. Including improvement transit services for students attending Petaluma City School District, and making better connections with thereby Golden Gate Ferry.
