The 6 year Asian girl, Sophia Liu, was killed by an Uber driver in San Francisco, and a settlement for the driver is in place and the girl's mother disagrees with the settlement agreement. The mother feels Uber should be fined with something because the driver was working for Uber company, and something should be done because of the unfortunate death of her daughter. She saw and believes the Uber driver was distracted by looking at his phone continuously, and not paying attention to where he was driving on the road and fatally hit her daughter - a civil lawsuit is also filed between Uber and Family.
