The Santa Cruz METRO (Santa Cruz Metropolitan Transit District) services agency in South Bay is launching their new Wave Service transit routing schedules. The Santa Cruz METRO new Wave Service routes will be a three year service program, and transforming transit services countywide. The transit agency new service is based on community feedback, and to ensure thereby transit service is aligned with community transporting needs. The new Wave Service will increase transit services frequency for passengers, and passengers don't have to wait for longer times. Including additional services at 43% to align with community transporting needs, as well as straighter transit routes to increase service frequencies.
