The transit agency free rides will happen on Thursday, September 15, 2022 until Thursday, September 29, 2022. The Santa Cruz METRO is hoping to increase ridership during the fall schedules with thereby promotional approach. The free rides for passengers will be aligned with local transit services and Highway 17, as well as ParaCruz services countywide. Including an opportunity for commuting passengers to be aware of routing changes within the fall schedules. The transit services to therein County Fair will be free as well effective Wednesday, September 14, 2022.
