The Marin Transit free rides for traveling passengers will happen on Wednesday, October 1, 2025 during Clean Air Day. The transit agency is encouraging people to keep our Bay Area clean, and take public transit for all local transportation routes for free on Clean Air Day. Including individuals to pledge ways and means of how to keep our local air clean for families and children in the Bay Area. The Marin Transit agency is recommending people to walk, ride bicycles, scooters, and combining daily errands to have less trips. The transit agency is pledging free rides for traveling passengers countywide, and keeping our local air clean for future generations.
