IMPROVEMENT WORK FOR SAN MATEO BRIDGE IN SAN FRANCISCO BAY AREA

Latest transportation reports indicate San Francisco Bay Area roadways and freeways need retrofitting work for improvement saving people from any major natural disasters. Recently Caltrain completed improvement projects on Highway 280 in San Francisco and other roadway projects are currently happening as part of the plan. Including structural improvement work on San Mateo Bridge Highway 92 to replace expansion joints and electrical cable system. Caltrain is planning to close the bridge on some weekends for improvement project work starting sometime in May for 2 or 3 weekends. Highway closure will begin on Friday nights at 10 PM until 5 AM Monday morning and traffic will be open for operation until work on the weekends.
