E-BIKES TRANSPORTATION COMPETITION WITHIN SAN FRANCISCO BAY AREA

The bicyclists within San Francisco Bay Area may have a selection of e-bikes transporting them from place-to-place in the Bay Area. The Ford GoBike is planning to launch 250 e-bikes during April 2018 as part of the pilot project, and e-bikes are produced locally by GenZe in Fremont.

Motivate, the company behind the bike-share system of San Francisco Bay Area is planning to add pedal-assist e-bikes to its fleets this year. The company announced that the one-year pilot will launch with 250 of these e-bikes in San Francisco.
