The passenger's traveling with emotional support animals will not have aisle seats because of safety reasoning for all passengers. The flight emotional support animals must be trained to behave properly in public and under control at all times in the flight cabin. The American Airlines officials shared passengers must have the proper paperwork available for emotional animals in 48 hours before boarding the flights.
