The S&P Global Ratings data is showing SFO Airport increasing their rating from A+ to AA ratings with stable outlook, and long-term with underlying rating (SPUR) revenue bonds. The SFO Airport provides capital improvement projects to enhance local services for air traveling passengers, and issue an airport revenue municipal bonds credit rating approach.

The OAK (Oakland International Airport) commercial airport in East Bay is welcoming a new local restaurant called Forge Pizza at Terminal 2. The OAK Airport is happy to have thereby new concessionaire pizza restaurant, and serving iconic local menu items for air traveling passengers. The MTC (Metropolitan Transportation Commission) planning agency in San Francisco Bay Area ratified therein Plan Bay Area 2050+ Blueprint with further studies. The MTC agency is working closely with local ABAG (Association of Bay Area Governments) Administrative Committee to improve thereby study elements aligned with the Plan Bay Area 2050+ Blueprint. The SMART (Sonoma-Marin Area Rail Transit) train services in North Bay is having their pathway project grand opening on Saturday, January 25, 2025 at 11 AM.
