VTA HUMAN TRAFFICKING TRAINING IN SAN FRANCISCO BAY AREA

The VTA (Valley Transportation Authority) transit agency is continually training personnel for human trafficking awareness signs. The VTA has taken a lead into local human trafficking awareness training for drivers and/or other staffing to fight therein human trafficking criminal elements. The VTA transit agency has been in partnership with other local agencies to fight human trafficking in South Bay. The partnership efforts to fight human trafficking in South Bay leads into California state legislation AB2034 (Assembly Bill 2034). The AB2034 state legislative act requires human trafficking training for transit bus drivers for awareness and reporting.
