TRANSIT BLUE RIBBON TASK FORCE IN SAN FRANCISCO BAY AREA

The MTC (Metropolitan Transportation Commission) agency shared the creation of a Blue Ribbon Transit Recovery Task Force in San Francisco Bay Area. The task force team will have 30 members to guide the future of Bay Area transit networks for public transportation. Because of new adjustments created by therein COVID-19 health pandemic crisis and the future of services with public transportation. The task force membership will involve different people from business and community leaders, transit advocates, elected officials, etc. The task force roles and responsibilities will become discussions of the MTC meeting agenda and advocacy for future transit funding.
