STANFORD DEVELOPMENTAL PROJECT ON HOLD IN SAN FRANCISCO BAY AREA

The Stanford Developmental project on El Camino Real in Menlo Park is on hold during the process until after elections, and local businesses and residents are raising concerns about the traffic impact within local areas. Part of delaying the project is based on the outcome of a local initiative regarding developmental projects planning process, and the initiative is on local elections in November. The project planning is similar to San Francisco's waterfront developmental projects depending on building heights and other relevant elements within the project including traffic impact. The Menlo Park city council is awaiting how the initiative will have an impact during their decision-making procedures for the Stanford Developmental project.

The local government EIR (Environmental Impact Report) indicates local traffic will be congested within local areas, and worse during commute hours in the mornings and evenings. #EliteLimousine driver's background is lawfully checked and cleared to operate passenger transporting vehicles, and all fleet vehicles are always cleaned with eco-cleaning solutions without toxin, to keep car interiors environmentally safe and healthy for passengers.
