NO EXPRESS LANE FEES WITHIN SAN FRANCISCO BAY AREA

The express lane fees within San Francisco Bay Area in East Bay and South Bay will be suspended through Tuesday, April 7, 2020 until further notice. The regional transportation agencies in collaboration with MTC (Metropolitan Transportation Commission) has announced therein suspension to help drivers. The regional collaborative agencies will monitor local traffic impact during the COVID-19 health emergency situation for next steps. The express lanes will be open to all drives during these hard times to help families and children. The Bay Area highway express lanes digital sign will say "Open To All" drivers and without CHP (California Highway Patrol) officers enforcement - visit www.mtc.ca.gov for more information and updates.
