The Marin Transit services agency in North Bay is requesting feedback from passengers regarding thereby Catch-A-Ride pilot program evaluation. The Marin Transit admin is requesting passengers input using a service survey, and will consider thereby feedback to improve transit services. The survey participants will be entered into a raffle drawing to win vouchers prize, and the winner can use it for Catch-A-Ride pilot program. The transit agency is encouraging Catch-A-Ride passengers to complete thereby survey and it will end on Friday, March 29, 2024. The Marin Transit admin is hoping to secure many completed surveys from passengers, and helping improve transit services for Catch-A-Ride passengers. The survey participants have to rate therein transit services, and program performance with staff availability and/or driver courtesy experience - visit www.marintransit.org for more information and/or pilot program updates.
