LOCAL BICYCLIST SUING SAN FRANCISCO POLICE DEPARTMENT

The transportation scenarios in San Francisco is about health and safety well-being of local residents and visitors, especially working class people within the bay area and other people touring city-by-the-bay. San Francisco Police Department is working closely with all people to ensure that happens within San Francisco, and a local resident bicyclist filed a lawsuit against the police department. Because of being arrested by police officers of riding a bike with his son strapped to his chest in a child carrier without a helmet, and his son was taken to CPS (Child Protective Services). The lawsuit indicates, bicyclist told police officers that he was not aware of any helmet laws for babies and children, and to what authority and his wife was not informed of his arrest as well as what happened.

"Helmet laws have nothing to do with the child been taken to Child Protective Services and not given to the mother," said Rachel Lederman, bicyclist attorney. #EliteLimousine driver's background is lawfully checked and cleared to operate passenger transporting vehicles, and all fleet vehicles are always cleaned with eco-cleaning solutions without toxin, to keep car interiors environmentally safe and healthy for passengers.
