JUDGE ORDERS UBER REGARDING DRIVERS IN SAN FRANCISCO BAY AREA

The San Francisco Superior Court judge ordered ride-sharing company Uber to provide San Francisco Treasurer and Tax Collection offices with driver's data information. The data will determine whether Uber drivers working in San Francisco have necessary business license certification. Because all local business operating in San Francisco are required to register and obtain a required certification license. The judge legal order will give a requirement for Uber ride-sharing company to follow and avoid any unlawful penalties. The Superior Court Judge Richard Ulmer issued therein order as a resolution and providing safety precautions for passengers. The judge order will also answer relevant questions from San Francisco Treasurer Jose Cisneros, regarding city business data information for Uber drivers working in San Francisco.
