HIGHWAY 101 CLOSURE BECAUSE OF RAINFALL IN SAN FRANCISCO BAY AREA

The rain is certainly needed statewide in California and also creating some highway closure for driver's safety. Commuting drivers traveling along Highway 101 going north in Marin County, California, finds out the highway has been closed because of rainfall flooding and high tides. The highway off-ramp to state Highway-1 along Stinson Beach was closed by Caltrans for safety and encourage drivers to take alternate routes. Caltrans have a maintenance site along the highway off-ramp monitoring weather conditions for driver's safety, and issued a highway closure around 8:20 AM Tuesday morning. The CHP (California Highway Patrol) officers share alternate routes for drivers to take, going north bypassing Stinson Beach and turning left on Miller Avenue back on Highway-1.

"Caltrans crew was able to determine when to close highways during floods with high tides and heavy rainfall," said Officer Andrew Barclay, State of California CHP Officer. #EliteLimousine driver's background is lawfully checked and cleared to operate passenger transporting vehicles, and all fleet vehicles are always cleaned with eco-cleaning solutions without toxin, to keep car interiors environmentally safe and healthy for passengers.
