CALTRAIN SUSPENDING FEES INCREASE WITHIN SAN FRANCISCO BAY AREA

The Caltrain transit agency is suspending fees increase for Clipper Cards fare products to help passengers because of therein current coronavirus (COVID-19) situation. Because the COVID-19 health crisis is creating financial hardship for local families, business, etc. including transit agencies. The Caltrain administration will not change any Clipper Cards discounts and/or adult monthly pass discount rates as planned until further notice. The Caltrain transit agency will continue to monitor therein COVID-19 situation and ridership levels for any changes when necessary.
