BART TRAIN HITS A PERSON WITHIN SAN FRANCISCO BAY AREA

The BART (Bay Area Rapid Transit) train hits a man at Bay Fair station on Tuesday, April 28, 2020 during morning hours around 9:50 AM. An ambulance was contacted to transport the person to a hospital and authorities did not identify him immediately. The man was transported to a local hospital and pronounced dead at the hospital for his injuries thereafter being hit by the BART train. It's reported BART Police Officers closed the Bay Fair station for the scenery investigation and reopened for regular services. The BART trains provide therein services for passengers to San Leandro and Castro Valley from Bay Fair station.
