APTA RECOGNITION FOR TRANSPORTATION IN SAN FRANCISCO BAY AREA

The APTA (American Public Transportation Association) administration recognizes another San Francisco Bay Area transit agency for environmental transit services commitment. The APTA recognized SamTrans and Caltrain transit service agencies for implementing the procedural process, to improve social relations, economic sustainability, and environmental protection. Including continual transit activities and actions to support public transportation, to ensure passengers are safe and healthy during their traveling in the Bay Area. The SamTrans and Caltrain transit agencies provide public transportation services aligned with APTA's Sustainability Commitment Program.
