ZOOMING INTO SPEEDING CARS WITHIN SAN FRANCISCO BAY AREA
The San Francisco Police Department (SFPD) is launching a safety campaign effort to ensure pedestrians are safe, and drivers are safely driving within the city without accidents. As vehicular traffic is getting worse in San Francisco Bay Area, many local cities and counties are doing their best to ensure the safety of local residents. The San Francisco Police Department received $2 million from a state grant funding for the enforcement effort of drivers to slow down. The SFPD safety effort is aligned with the city's Vision Zero goals of eliminating traffic fatalities by 2024.
