The local traffic congestion and housing cost increase within San Francisco Bay Area showing 46% residents will plan to leave. The BAC (Bay Area Council) agency released a poll finding showing 46% of people planning to leave, 40% from last year, and 34% from the year 2016. The survey report shows housing cost increase as #1 problem and traffic congestion as #2 problem living in the Bay Area. It also shows 42% of people would pay $3 or more to help resolve local traffic congestion problems.

The AC Transit (Alameda-Contra Costa) agency is partnering with Piedmont Fire Department for mass casualty training for passengers safety. Because public transit is becoming the East Bay local residents chosen level of transportation with electronic coach buses. The AC Transit new hybrid electronic coach buses operates with high voltage batteries, and providing partnership training on how to prevent safety issues of concerns can be critical for passengers.

The BART (Bay Area Rapid Transit) agency is trying to keep trains clean and safe for passengers during commuting hours. The transit agency have 14 rapid response team members for the cleanup crew on trains, to walk the length on each train car at the end of each train line run. Effective today, on Monday, June 4, 2018 BART passengers can report a biohazardous train environment using their mobile phones. The report will initiate contact information for BART to responsively take action and assign appropriate staffing.

The HSR (High Speed Rail) trains are planning to arrive in San Francisco from Los Angeles and needs railway options for the final approach at Salesforce Transit Center. Including Caltrain electrified new train systems in San Francisco for therein transit center to avoid problems. The San Francisco Planning Department have to come up with three workable railway routing options and San Francisco Board of Supervisors may take action in August. The planning department has been having public hearing meetings to share with local communities and feedback for the project.

The protesters are doing it again by disrupting technology shuttle buses in San Francisco during yesterday morning commuting hours. They piled controversial e-scooters in front of the Google shuttle bus on Valencia and 24th streets with orange smoke on therein pile of scooters. The protesters showed their feelings of the city treating homelessness worse than tech scooters and companies. Some protesters are saying, "the homeless population deserves the same respect at City Hall" and blames technology companies.

The BART (Bay Area Rapid Transit) agency opened extension transit services to Antioch starting the last Saturday in May. The BART administration along with local officials celebrated last Friday during the opening ceremony, and marking the first usage of DMU (Diesel Multiple Units) trains. The BART trains can transport an estimated number of 2400 passengers during within each direction - $525 million extension project. The Antioch BART station will provide commuters traveling along Highway-4 alternatives and easing traffic along the way.

The latest on Tesla Motors autonomous cars autopilot feature is about another accident in the State of California. The driver of a Tesla Model-S car hit an unoccupied parked police vehicle at Laguna Beach in Orange County, California. The driver shared with investigators that the Tesla car was in autopilot mode during therein time. The driver had minor injuries and showing extensive damages to the Tesla car front end including rear side of the police vehicle.

The BART (Bay Area Rapid Transit) agency board voted against extension services for passengers to Livermore in the Bay Area. The BART board decided thereafter a long public hearing to seek other transit improvement options for the current transit system. The transit agency will focus more on rebuilding and improving the existing system before committing to an extension services - $1.6 billion project. The Tri-Valley Regional Rail Authority in San Joaquin County may come up with their own plans for transit services.

The partnership policing agencies are having foot patrols in San Francisco BART stations and staying ahead of drug dealers. To ensure the quality of life issues are addressed and provide services assistance when necessary for criminals and/or drug addicts. The partnership effort is making sure commuting passengers are provided safe and healthy environments on their way to work everyday.

The Consumer Watchdog and auto safety advocacy groups are not supporting Tesla Motors for their autopilot cars with deceptive marketing. The consumer advocacy groups are sending letters to FTC (Federal Trade Commission) for review because of misleading advertising by Tesla Motors. The consumer groups are requesting federal officials to fully review the autopilot features in Tesla autonomous cars. Because two Americans died and one is injured because of the Tesla misleading advertisement about the autopilot features.
