HIGHWAY I-280 NORTHBOUND IS OPEN EARLIER IN SAN FRANCISCO

The northbound highway I-280 was closed over Labor Day holiday weekend and some local residents in San Francisco have to stay home, and limiting their traveling plans for the holiday as a way to stay away from traffic headaches.
