SAN FRANCISCO BAY AREA TRANSPORTATION FREEWAYS/ROADWAYS SUSTAINABLE REPORT

The transportation system in San Francisco Bay Area including freeways and roadways for traveling, has been on the list for improvement as a priority before they deteriorate endangering traveling passengers. The MTC (Metropolitan Transportation Commission) released a report outlining 66 out of 100, as average PCI (Pavement Condition Index) score for bay area freeways and roadways. Three of major bay area cities like San Francisco, Oakland, and San Jose have scored an average fair range, and commission members are looking to improve the transportation system for all communities.

"Restoring the bay area transportation system has been our commission's top important priority.
